Pricing
Service Call Fee: $50 (50 mile radius)
This fee will be paid when I show up, before I perform any diagnostics/work. This is mainly to cover me in the event that someone refuses my work and wastes my time, or refuses to pay in general. I won’t charge you for any work before I perform it, but this helps cover me in worst-case scenarios. I will waive this fee at my discretion
Hourly rate: $100.00
I will, to the best of my ability, give you an estimated timeframe for repairs/upgrades before I come out. You will be charged in 15 minute increments for any hours I spend there. If I think it will take 4 hours, and I do it in 2, you’ll pay for 2.
Diagnostics for something not working will have a 1 hour minimum charge

pre-purchase inspection: $250
Have peace of mind when buying your new-to-you class B. I’ll perform a thorough inspection of all electrical components and functions, exterior and interior damages, plumbing operation and leaks, HVAC functions, and more! I have a very in-depth process and can ensure you’re making an educated decision before you buy.
